Under the esteemed patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Dallah Albaraka proudly served as the Diamond Sponsor at the third edition of the Hajj and Umrah Conference and Exhibition 2024. Themed 'The Path to Rituals,' this globally significant event, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, took place from January 8 to 11, 2024, at the Jeddah Super Dome.
Renowned as the largest exhibition of its kind globally, the conference specialized in presenting innovative services and solutions to enhance the experience of pilgrims and visitors. Additionally, it served as a pivotal platform for investors, innovators, and those interested in advancing the Hajj and Umrah sector.
The Dallah Albaraka booth garnered attention from distinguished figures, including Dr. Ayed Al-Guwainem, Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah for Hajj Affairs; Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Ayoobi, Assistant General President for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques in Medina; Osama Samkari, President of the General Syndicate of Cars, overseeing companies transporting pilgrims; Mohamad Muti' Al-Rahman, Deputy Head of the Delegation, and Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in the Republic of Bangladesh; Samer Saeed Al-Qahtani, General Manager of Regions at Saudi Telecom Company; Ziyad Shata, Executive General Manager of Hajj and Umrah Services at Flynas, and representatives of the Sudanese delegation.
On the conference sidelines, Luai Abdul Latif Ghurab, Managing Director of the Hospitality, and Transport Sector at Dallah Albaraka Group, finalized contracts and agreements with various local and international entities in the transport and hospitality sector. Key among these were agreements to provide transportation services for Chinese pilgrims through 'Dallah Haj Transport' and an agreement with 'Maad International,' a subsidiary of Dallah Albaraka, in the hospitality sector, totaling 170 million Riyals.
Over the four days of the conference, Dallah Albaraka showcased its diverse companies, continuing its longstanding commitment to serving pilgrims and Umrah performers since its establishment by the late Saleh Kamel. The company has been honored for implementing the first cleaning contracts of the Two Holy Mosques and has developed a comprehensive system of companies serving the guests of Allah. Notable among these are Dallah Haj Transport, operating a modern fleet of 1000 buses between Makkah, Medina, and the sacred sites; Dallah Almutaqadmah Company, owning the Asia Star us Agency; Maad Towers, comprising 21 hotel towers with over 11,000 rooms at a close proximity of Makkah Holy Mosque; Dallah Taibah Hotel, a five-star facility with 473 hotel units located 50 meters from the Prophet's Mosque; Al Manakhah Urban Project adjacent to the Prophet's Mosque plazas, with 1,400 hotel units; the Food Services Group Company, with a production capacity exceeding 50,000 meals daily; Dareen Travel Agency; Dallah Telecom, contributing to bringing the latest technologies to the Kingdom through investment and development opportunities in the telecommunications and IT sectors; and Parkyy Company, a leader in car park management services throughout the Kingdom.
