The Saudi Kingdom's efforts in serving the guests of Allah has been crowned with success by creating a mild and temperate weather in the Holy Mosque all around the year, using two main cooling stations that are considered the largest in the world, and flooring made with a rare type of marble that isn't affected by the heat of the sun or weather temperatures.

The Holy Mosque cooling station:

It works on cooling water to 4 – 5 degrees Celsius and pump it through pipes to the Holy Mosque, and then to the air handling unites in the mechanical rooms for the heat exchange process and UV sanitization to take place, which kills the bacteria and germs. finally, cool pure air is transmitted throughout the Holy Mosque.
