Jobs will not be the only variable in the future for labor market, where future opportunities will require skills commensurate with their job description. Creative and intellectual skills have been the most important due to their remarkable replication of the resources used, with continuing academic and educational skills to maintain their position among the most important skills in the field of work. So that knowledge skills, learning, and training strategies were classified into the future skills required for future work.
Future functions primarily require analytical skills, including scientific and strategic analysis and data analysis, as these skills provide the ability to provide a detailed study to solve complex problems and make decisions that are more effective. Parents and mentors, therefore, have to look for ways to develop and polish these skills for children to prepare for tomorrow.
Standards
1 We have gathered skills from 38 specialized references, including research papers from think tanks, studies, specialized publications, and sites dedicated to the future of work and the skills required.
2 Sources covered the skills most requested for areas of work in the near and far future, over time periods between 2020 and 2050.
3 We observed 15 times a skill, which we put in the foreground with the number of repetitions per skill, while the rest of the skills are not subject to a specific order.
